| RULES - MODERATORS Besides the normal rules, moderators will have the following extra rules below:
General Moderator Rules:
1. The most important rule regarding moderators. Do not, under any circumstance, abuse of your powers as a moderator. Mods should be judges, judging situations on which they are neutral and not being in one of the sides of the question. If you abuse of your moderator powers, those will be taken from you.
2. Provide as much help as possible to other members. Answer to questions the best you can as many times it is required.
3. Avoid spam at all costs. As a mod, you have to make an example to the other members. As such avoid any kind of useless comments to any topic (except topics were spam is fully allowed by the administration).
Character Approval:
1. Approving Characters is one thing only designate to Kages or their aides. Their names are listed here.
2. All character creation topics must have the desired village on it's title. Only the Kage from that village can approve or deny a character. Of course, he will have to approve it with rigor and precision. The first step for good rper is a good character creation.
3. Make sure the character is complete and that it makes full sense (like if the history fits the other aspects of the character).
4. Once again, make sure everything makes full sense, with good reality levels (in terms of Naruto world).
5. Close the topic if the character was approved and move it to the respective sub-forum of the village.
Other Approval:
1. Sections like jutsus and clans are important things. As such, the responsible mod must be aware of the characters skills.
2. Once you have checked the characters skills, you can now see if what the player wants fits it. If the player chooses a jutsu or clan already existing, the previous rule is everything you needed for the approval.
3. In case of the jutsu or clan be a custom one made up by the player, then there are a few things you must keep in your mind.
3.1. First, the jutsu must be compatible with the skills of the character (like any other jutsu).
3.2. The jutsu rank, chakra cost and downsides must be well balanced with the jutsu effects.
4. For equipments, the first thing you have to make sure of is if the character has already filled all of the empty equipment spaces.
5. If you have checked it and it is possible for a char to have the requested item, then you must have in mind if the item is not exaggerated in it’s power and way of use.
Note: This rules may change or updated at any any time. Stay sharp!

| RANDOM THROWS If you need to use a random throw, please use the following link: Randomizer
The configurations should look like this:
The rolls or "Random Throws" will be simulated with a simple 6 sided dice.
Have in mind that this is a computer program, and computers do not make random calls. They do lots of math calculations trying to get to the most obvious (in its calculations) choice.
As such, whenever you have to do a roll, use numbers from 10 to 69. This will make the chance of getting a real "random" number higher. Numbers from 10 to 19 count as 1, from 20 to 29 as two, from 30 to 39 as 3 and so on.
The roll is just for a simple YES or NO matter, then it should be like this:
Pair Number - Yes Impair Number - No
Note: For any other abnormal situation, contact the admins.
