Ulitmate Ninja is a relitivly new site that is focused around the Naruto World. Our plot takes place about 25 years after the destruction of Konoha and the Fourth Great Shinobi war. Giving us a new time line and start for our own characters. This forum is entirely based on custom characters, which means no Cannon characters or clans. This allows our members to work with much of the creative mind when developing their character. We have a series of scales based on rank and position as well. These tell us just how many jutsu one can have and how many of a certain ranked justu that person can have based on their rank. This is to help cut down on the GM or Godmodding. Also since we are currently pretty new there are plenty of open ranks available to new members. Currently though we are trying to fill Konoha for the time being. This doesn't seem to be much of a problem though due to how popular Konoha usually is. After Konoha has been filled the other villages will be opened up for creation.
Make sure when you join that you look at the rules and various needed information before making a character. We can't stress this enough. If you don't follow the rules of creation then you simply won't be approved. Also don't show up and then never come back. We want active people on here not just ghosts. We understand that people can be busy with other forums and such but don't just make an account and then let it sit there with 0 posts. If you find that after you join and you don't like the rules then you can simply follow this easy piece of advise. Read the rules before you join
